Caress, Pond’s, Noxzema & St. Ives Instagram Contest – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. THE CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

This contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Evermark, LLC (“Evermark” or the “Sponsor”), located in Hackensack, New Jersey. Evermark is the parent company of Caress a body care brand, Pond’s a face care brand, Noxzema an acne care brand, and St. Ives a skincare brand.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Evermark, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on July 5, 2026 at 1pm (EST) and ends on July 10, 2026 at 11:59pm (PST) (“Contest Period”).

4. How to Enter

To enter:

  • Like the post
  • Follow @ponds, @caress, @noxzema, @stivesskin & @Christie_werts on Instagram.
  • Tag a friend and use the hashtag #90sThrowbackGiveaway in your comment. Each tag equals an additional entry.

Entries must be publicly viewable and posted during the Contest Period.


Participants are strictly prohibited from using any automated systems, bots, scripts, or other methods to artificially generate entries or interact with the Contest. Entries submitted through such means will be deemed invalid and disqualified. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, using multiple accounts, or otherwise violating the spirit of the Contest. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Winner Selection

Winners will be randomly selected by Pond’s on July 12, 2026 at 11am EST. All decisions are final.

6. Prizes

The winner(s) will receive: 1x Pond’s Cold Cream 6.1oz ($6), 1x Pond’s Dry Skin Cream 10.1oz ($9), 1x Caress Body Wash 20oz Black Orchid & Patchouli ($9), 1x Caress Daily Silk Bar Soap 8 pack ($9), 1x St Ives Apricot Scrub ($5), 1x St. Ives BHA Apricot Scrub ($5), 1x Noxzema Anti-Blemish Pads ($5), 1x Noxzema Original Classic Clean Cleanser 12oz ($5)  with an approximate retail value $53. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Prizes will be delivered to the winner directly from each individual brand participating in the giveaway, by ground shipping.

7. Rights Granted

By submitting a photo or other content in connection with this Contest, each entrant grants the Sponsor and its designees a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display the submitted content in any media now known or hereafter developed, for promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on the Sponsor’s social media accounts, website, digital advertisements, and print materials, regardless of whether the entrant is selected as a winner. Entrants waive any moral rights they may have in the submitted content to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. General Conditions

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, you release Instagram and Caress, Pond’s, Noxzema & St. Ives from any liability. Void where prohibited.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the process. Sponsor may disqualify anyone tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

9. Privacy

Caress, Pond’s, Noxzema & St. Ives will not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII) or user-generated content outside of the Instagram platform. Prize winner information will be collected for delivery of prize items and will only be used for contest administration purposes.

10. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 2 days of selection. If a winner does not respond within 2 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Contest and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By participating in the Contest, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in Bergen County, New Jersey. Entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

12. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Evermark, its affiliates, and respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability arising out of participation in the Contest or use of the prize.

13. Winner Announcement

The winner will be publicly announced on Pond’s Instagram page after confirmation. This is expected to occur on early July 12, 2026 at 11am EST.
